Several fans in the comments section compared the Will Smith incident to Diaz slapping White. The Diaz brothers are known for their unusual fighting styles in the octagon. Their ‘Stockton Slap’ is one of their famous moves. So while the Oscars incident is still a hot topic, UFC fans can’t help but find similarities between the two.

Diaz also retweeted the video on Twitter. It got a lot more people talking.

Diaz remains one of the most popular fighters in the UFC. However, he openly expressed his wish to leave the UFC. He has been fighting professionally since 2004 and although he has never been a UFC champion, his style and several great fights have helped him stand out successfully.

As of now, the Stockton Slugger is coming off two losses. He wants to fight soon.
