Victoria Lee calls her shot

Any conversation involving Victoria Lee revolves around her age, and that’s understandable. At just 17 years old, Victoria Lee is without a doubt one of the youngest female fighters in all mixed martial arts. Therefore, each of his fights is a spectacle.

However, that doesn’t mean she’s talentless. In fact, the reason Victoria Lee is set to become such a big star is because she has an abundance of them. As Lee continues to put together more dominant performances in the circle, the focus will begin to shift from his age to his otherworldly fighting skills:

“As we approach fight week, I still feel all the nerves, but I feel like it’s just gotten a lot easier and I’m able to focus more on the fun part now,” he said. declared Victoria Lee at ONE Championship.

Victoria Lee currently has a perfect 2-0 record in ONE Championship, which includes a pair of quick submissions.

She returns to action against Brazilian Victoria Souza at ONE Championship: Revolution, which broadcasts live from the Singapore Indoor Stadium this Friday, September 24.

Victoria Lee is more confident than ever

As Victoria Lee makes that familiar descent down the ramp, the 17-year-old phenomenon says she’s starting to gain confidence. It’s something she found that was lacking in her first two pro fights.

Victoria Lee is about to face her toughest test yet. Souza is undefeated in five fights, with four wins to her name. This includes two knockouts and two submissions, suggesting a wide range of weapons. This makes Souza Lee the most dangerous opponent to date.

Souza’s performances on the Brazilian regional stage were enough to catch ONE’s attention and earn him a date with the young rising star of the promotion. Victoria Lee, however, doesn’t seem overly worried about her opponent:

“I got to watch a few of his games. I think she’s a well-rounded fighter and has almost all the finishes, ”said Victoria Lee.

“I think our styles would match well. I think she has a good overall game. Her strength is probably her jiu-jitsu because she has submission wins, but I feel like my MMA game is a lot stronger than hers.

It is natural to doubt the abilities of a 17-year-old in a professional setting. She’s still a teenager, after all. But after constantly being questioned because of her age, Victoria Lee knows that each victory earns her more credibility. As the wins start to pile up, respect will come with it. Lee is convinced she will get another victory this Friday:

“This fight is going to end with a submission in the first round.”

ONE Championship: Revolution is broadcast live from the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday, September 24. Christian ‘The Warrior’ Lee defends his ONE lightweight world title against No.3-ranked Ok Rae Yoon in the main event.
