The annual list is created by a parity voting panel comprising more than 1,000 independent authorities in the world of gastronomy, from renowned international chefs and food journalists to traveling gastronomes.
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021 will also be live streamed on the Top 50 Facebook and YouTube channels. Ahead of the ceremony, celebrity chef Massimo Bottura of former restaurant No. 1 Osteria Francescana and member of the group “Best of The Best”, will host a live broadcast of the red carpet from 4:30 p.m..
