PFL Challenger Series on April 1 will feature fighters making their Pro MMA debut

The PFL Challenger Series will unveil an interesting concept for its April 1 offering, as every fighter on the card will make their Mixed Martial Arts debut.

The card will be topped by a welterweight clash between Serbian kickboxer Andrija Stankovic and American grappler Louis Brewington, who is riding a four-fight amateur winning streak in his professional debut.

The PFL Challenger series takes place at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, and airs exclusively on FuboTV at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT. A winner of the “MMA Debuts” card will be selected to receive a contract to participate in the 2022 PFL season or a development agreement with the promotion.

The other four fights in the event are: Atlanta’s top team American export Christian Turner against South Florida-based Cuban Chayanne Serrano at lightweight; Alexei Pergande vs. Joe Hamm at lightweight; Santino Zurita vs. Rakim Talley at heavyweight and Jaylong McDaniel vs. Daeri Alderman at featherweight.

“The Professional Fighters League prides itself on innovation and research from the best fighters around the world.” PFL President Ray Sefo said in a statement. “We are excited to introduce a full PFL Challenger Series card to MMA fighters making their professional debut.
