Watch Now: Wilder vs Fury 3 Live

Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3: UK start time, ring walks, full undercard, talkSPORT commentary and live stream for the trilogy fight in Las Vegas tonight. The Gypsy King produced one of the best heavyweight boxing performances ever to demolish Wilder in February 2020 and claim the WBC title.

Fury v Wilder 3: Boxers weigh heaviest ahead of Las Vegas fight – as British champion sends message to The Undertaker

Fury and Wilder arrive at the heaviest of their professional careers as the insults fly again ahead of their heavyweight trilogy fight later in Las Vegas.

For the second time this week, there was no showdown between the boxers, but Fury promised his extra weight meant “the total erasure of a bib. Total annihilation.”

Fury came in at 277 pounds (19th 11 pounds) and Wilder 17th (238 pounds) – that’s five pounds more for Fury than their last fight in February 2020 and half a stone more for the American challenger.

The WBC champion stepped on the scales in the same black hat worn by The Undertaker – with the couple exchanging messages and Fury promising the former WWE wrestler he would “break it. [Wilder] and say rest in peace “as he strikes the web.

Wilder has a new trilogy fight trainer after sacking one of his cornermen, Mark Breland, for throwing in the towel last time around.

The 35-year-old is trying to reinvent himself after Fury’s victory in the seventh round – but the British fighter has dismissed Wilder’s new partnership with Malik Scott as ‘a bunch of losers’.

Fury’s superior overall boxing skills make him a big favorite with most people, but Wilder’s phenomenal punch power means that as long as he’s still on his feet, he stands a chance.

The two boxers had a slang match at the final press conference earlier this week, with Fury grabbing Wilder’s list of excuses for his loss in the second fight.

But during Friday’s weigh-in, Wilder said he would stay calm on the big night.

“Calm is the key to the storm. I know when I am not calm my mind is cloudy and you make bad decisions. But when you are calm you can weather the storm, you are able to make good decisions. decisions, “he said.

“We have rejuvenated ourselves, reinvented ourselves, redemption is upon us and I can’t wait to show the world what I am. I am reintroducing myself to the world as Deontay Wilder.”

The pair’s first fight in December 2018 ended in a draw after the British fighter rose from the canvas after apparently being cold-knocked out.

This weekend’s fight was scheduled to take place in July but was postponed after Fury tested positive for COVID.

Fighters are expected to begin their ring walks at the T-Mobile Arena around 4.30am UK time on Sunday morning.

Fury vs Wilder 3: Date and time

The trilogy fight is ready for tonight, Saturday, October 9.

It takes place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas with a packed house of 20,000 fans expected to attend.

The undercard will begin at midnight UK time with the main event ring rides expected starting at 4 a.m. on Sunday morning.

WBC heavyweight titles and The Ring will be on the line.

Joshua had hoped to face the winner of Fury v Wilder 3 but his dreams of unifying the heavyweight titles next year have been left in tatters after being outclassed by Usyk.

Usyk performed superb against AJ at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the two will likely face off in a rematch in early 2022.

Fury vs Wilder 3: How to Watch

BT Sport Box Office is on Sky channel 490, BT channel 494 and through the live events section on Virgin Media On Demand.

Sergio Pettis vs. Kyoji Horiguchi for the Bellator 272 title Thu, 21 Oct 2021 00:00:00 +0000

As expected, Sergio Pettis’ first defense for his Bellator bantamweight title will be against former concurrent Bellator and RIZIN champion Kyoji Horiguchi.

The promotion announced the game on Wednesday, making the highly anticipated showdown the main event for Bellator 272 on Friday, December 3 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT. Showtime will broadcast the main card, with preliminaries available via a live stream on YouTube.

Pettis (21-5) signed with Bellator MMA as a free agent in late 2019 after ending his UFC career with a victory over Tyson Nam. After never securing a stopping victory in the UFC, he made his Bellator debut with a spectacular submission from Alfred Khashakyan in January 2020. Following a decision over Ricky Bandejas, Pettis won the Juan Archuleta’s Bellator bantamweight title last May. Safe to say Sergio’s free agent decision paid off pretty well for him.

Horiguchi (29-3) contested the flyweight title while in the UFC, losing by armband to Demetrious Johnson in 2015. His days inside the Octagon ended in 2016, but he is became an instant hit in his native Japan once he signed with RIZIN FF. He climbed back to 135 pounds, won the promotion grand prize, and smothered Darrion Caldwell for the inaugural bantamweight belt. Horiguchi then moved on to Bellator and took that title away from Caldwell, but a knee injury forced him to give up both titles. After a shock loss to Kai Asakura in an untitled affair, Horiguchi took revenge in the rematch and became RIZIN champion again.

Last month, Horiguchi signed a contract with Bellator MMA but he will remain RIZIN champion and is still expected to compete with both promotions once COVID-19 restrictions ease.

The Bellator 272 main card has not been announced, but Josh Hill v Jared Scoggins and Keoni Diggs v John de Jesus have been confirmed for prelims.

To say that the Michigan Music Alliance’s online ‘B-side sessions’ have inspired local and regional artists to reach new levels of professionalism and collaboration might only scratch the surface when it comes to improving performance. state music scene.

The West Michigan Music Scene

The third season of these interactive panel discussions – which continue Monday evening with a session on ‘Building a Team’ – reflects MMA’s mission to empower artists by giving them free tools and career advice from experts with years of successful industry experience.

“Our primary goal is to give Michigan DIY artists access to free professional advice and set the tone for collaboration on new ideas while creating their own enduring musical careers in our community,” said Elle Lively, Executive Director of MMA, a Grand Haven-based nonprofit organization that hosts business training programs and community development opportunities for Michigan musicians.

The program of the next B sides

“The most interesting part of these sessions is that participants control the session by asking questions and getting practical advice on what they want to know. The connections made with former panelists and artists in Michigan have been truly enjoyable to watch. “

The monthly 60-minute sessions, broadcast live via Zoom and Facebook, cover a dizzying array of topics that explore the commercial end of music for bands and solo artists trying to find their way through the thicket of the industry. – from recording to booking to branding tours to capture royalties from the songs they write.

Monday’s panel features a range of distinguished professionals with extensive experience building teams that they believe is crucial for success in the music business.

“The right team is crucial. You can’t do it all yourself today. You must surround yourself with evangelists. It can even start with your friends and family, ”said panelist Jay Gilbert, co-founder of LA Label Logic, primarily serving as a label infrastructure for managers and artists.

“You will eventually become experienced professionals. If you choose a surgeon, you want one who has performed 1,000 operations, not five. The same goes with specialists in areas such as advertising, radio promotion, synchronization licensing, marketing, touring, etc.

On Monday, he will be joined by fellow panelists Steven Foxbury of Yellow Couch Management of Pittsburgh, Holly Moore of HollyDay Management of LA and Eric Griffin of Music City Counsel of Nashville, with Bob Wallis of the Kalamazoo Academy of Rock as moderator. The session starts at 7 p.m. with details here. Those interested can also RSVP here.

Gilbert said online webinars and panels such as those sponsored by MMA are essential for musicians of the new millennium.

“Before, it was so much easier to be an artist. It was mostly writing, recording and touring, ”he noted.

“There is so much more that musicians need to know about and engage with now. These roundtables and tutorials are great for staying on top of best practices, tools, and tactics for developing and engaging your audience.

In addition to providing comments or questions during live discussions, musicians can also submit questions to panelists via social media or by emailing

Lively noted that musicians and others in the music world who miss a B-side session can later watch them online through YouTube.

She said the most anticipated sessions among this season’s eight live broadcasts include “Planning a Tour” on January 24 and “Maximizing Studio Time” on April 25.

“This is the third season,” she said, “so we brought back a few popular topics, got more specific with a few of them, and introduced new topics based on feedback from both. last seasons. “

Combate Global chooses for October 15 fight card in Miami

Before you tune into Friday’s fight card, you need to see the picks from SportsLine’s MMA insider Andrew Gombas. With over 1,200 selections being tracked by third-party monitoring service Bet MMA, Gombas has shown a 10% ROI for its subscribers. In 2020, the $ 100 bettors who followed his picks increased by $ 9,200.

For Friday’s Combate Global battle card, Gombas chooses Ward to take out Roa in the main event. Ward is 4-0 as a professional and 2-0 as an amateur, so he will make it to Friday’s main event without a loss, while Roa (16-10) has lost three of his last four fights.

Ward is also the most rested fighter, having debuted for Combate Global on July 16, when he won a split decision over Alfredo Ruelas Ramos. Roa lost a decision in Combate Global to Ivan Castillo on July 2, then was submitted to the first round by Cristian Perez while he was headlining a Combate Global show on September 10.

This will be Roa’s third fight in just over four months and while his tenacity is commendable, it’s reasonable to wonder how many more punishments he can take. At 24, Ward is looking to continue his ascent in the featherweight division, and Gombas thinks Roa looks like another stepping stone for “The Lone Star Kid”.
