    * - Missed 186-pound limit; fined 20 percent and must weigh lighter than 205 by tomorrow for bout to take place
How could he miss weight by 11 pounds. This is the big show is 20% being cut from his pay a good enough penalty?

He was fighting at 170, so it is not like he can't make the weight. Was he maybe ill leading up to this fight and couldn't cut the weight?

He's a piece of shit. It wasn't too long ago that he beat up a woman. A low-life who cannot be trusted.

Kevin Iole is reporting that AJ's camp says he is ill and had to get an IV of fluids per an MD

    KevinI Kevin Iole

Further @glennauthentic said @rumblejohnson was 191.5 when he awakened this morning and would have made 186 with no problems if not ill.

I'm with Dust. The guys a co*k.I tell my mates its NOT just that he's heavier then VITOR but the fact that VITOR made weight and looks physically drained and dehydrated etc but Rumble doesn't have to worry about any of that sh*t. the crowd should've chanted " YOU'RE GONNA DIE! YOU'RE GONNA DIE!!" to Rumble instead` FU*K HIM!!!! I hope he gets VITOR BLITZED!!!!!!! > .....rant over hehehe
JAMES "COLOSSUS" THOMPSON is a GREAT fighter...it's just against OTHER PROFESSIONAL FIGHTERS that he's not so good.

I don't buy it for a second. The dude's scared shitless of Belfort and is basically trying to cheat. I'm guessing most guys who cut big weight go through this type of "illness."

RIO DE JANEIRO – Anthony Johnson made weight when it mattered most.

After he came in heavy and weighed 197 pounds for a 185-pound bout with Vitor Belfort at Friday's official UFC 142 fighter weigh-ins, Johnson was told he could weigh no more than 205 pounds after rehydrating.

After a UFC-mandated second weigh-in on event day, he today weighed 204.2 pounds.

Therefore, his fight with Belfort is good to go for tonight's pay-per-view event, which takes place at HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro. However, Johnson (10-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) still must surrender 20 percent of his purse as a fine, which will be issued to Belfort (20-9 MMA, 9-4 UFC).

As UFC president Dana White told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) following Friday's weigh-ins, Johnson got as light as 187.5 pounds on the morning of weigh-ins before doctors told him he had to take in fluids. Johnson's reps said he fell ill on the morning of weigh-ins, though White maintains he simply missed weight.

"Complete and absolute unprofessionalism – that's what happened," White said. "There's no other way it can be explained."

Johnson's struggles were especially surprising considering he actually moved up a weight class after twice missing weight at welterweight. UFC 142 marks his middleweight debut, though he weighed 197 pounds (11 pounds over the 186-pound cutoff) at official weigh-ins. The fighter said he weighed 215 pounds as recently as a week and a half ago.

White told MMAjunkie.com that Johnson's contract could be in jeopardy regardless of tonight's outcome.

"His job is on the line," White said. "His job is absolutely on the line, win or lose."

He weighed in at 204.2 today, I'd say no go if I was Vitor. Then how do we look at it? Would fans call him a whimp kinda deal or know its a smart move to actually not fight?

That's always been my problem with MMA weigh-ins. Regardless of how badly you miss weight, you still get to fight, and should you win, you'll have a W on your official record.

I don't want to hear any excuse from Johnson. Missing by 11 pounds is a fucking disgrace, I can't even comprehend that. Nevermind the fact that he was moving up 15 pounds. This isn't the first time he's done this in the UFC. Dana can't be pleased, he might get fired regardless of the outcome. I hope Vitor knocks him into oblivion.

Rumble is a turd sandwich. I hope Vitor destroys him.

It was awhile back, but I think it was either Kev or Brad posted a pic of Rumble and Rashad Evans training together and Rumble looked twice as big as Rashad.

I agree with Dust. Johnson is a piece of shit.
